12.  The Regiment moved to a new gun area near LA TORRE on the 8th Feb­ru­ary in a sta­tic role.  The wea­ther was very cold and wet and ever­y­one's in­gen­uity was taxed to the ut­most in try­ing to find ways to keep dry and at the same time have some pro­tec­tion from Jer­ry's shells which were by no means all duds.
